Who Has The Cheapest Irving Electricity Rates?

Some of the largest companies in Texas have selected Irving as their home base. Exxon, Flour and Kimberly Clarke have their US operations based out of Irving Texas. Irving also has some of the lowest electricity rates in the US saving about 20% from the US average of 10.27¢/kWh. The average rate for electricity in Arlington, Texas is 10.54¢. For our study, we reviewed Arlington Electricity rates that include the TDU / TDSP (Transmission and Distribution) charges from Oncor, which reflect the “All in” cost of electricity and makes it easy to compare electricity plans side by side.
